When I was young, growing up in Ann Arbor, there were many more housing options for low income residents.
As Ann Arbor grows, the percentage and availability of affordable housing shrinks. I want to help ensure that people of all incomes can enjoy what Ann Arbor has to offer. I want all people who work in Ann Arbor to be able to afford to live in Ann Arbor.
Toward that end, upon your request, I pledge to contribute 5% of my Real Estate commission to one of several local organizations dedicated to the creation, provision and/ or preservation of housing for local homeless and lower income residents. When you elect to use me as either your listing or buyer's agent, you may select one of the following local agencies to receive my contribution:
