I love Ann Arbor's Northside!

I help people buy and sell real estate all over Washtenaw county and am extremely knowledgable about many areas. However, there is one specific area that I hold especially dear in my heart and know like the back of my hand. That is Ann Arbor's Northside. I LOVE the Northside and have chosen to make it my home.
The Northside has a lot to offer. There are a variety of homes to choose from: old ones, new ones, ranches, two stories, tri-levels and contemporaries. The Huron River runs through the north side of town and with it come opportunities to canoe, row or simply hike or bike along its shores. We have old, established trees in the neighborhoods and woods to walk in. All of this AND within walking distance of Kerrytown shops, Farmer's Market and University of Michigan hospital.
