The Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors recently released the market stats for June. The good news for sellers is that the number of listings are down 28% from this time last year. The good news for buyers is that home and condo prices are now as low as they were in 2000. So, it is still an excellent time to buy a home! Interest rates have gone up slightly in recent weeks. but they are still very good. If you have been waiting for the "perfect" time to buy, I would have to say that you should not wait any longer!
